Irwin Cattle is a Mini Highland cattle breeder located in Dixon, California. All information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and may be updated at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify offerings, pricing, and availability at our discretion.

Animal Availability

All cattle are sold based on availability.

• Animals may be listed as Available, Reserved, or Sold

• Availability can change at any time without notice

• We reserve the right to refuse sale at our discretion

Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of agreement

• Quotes provided prior to purchase are not guaranteed

Payments & Deposits

• A deposit may be required to reserve an animal

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Full payment terms will be outlined at the time of sale

No animal is considered reserved until a deposit has been received.

Health & Responsibility

All animals are sold in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.

Once an animal leaves Irwin Cattle:

• The buyer assumes full responsibility for care, transport, and management

• We are not responsible for health issues arising after the animal leaves our care
